The general dietetics program prepares students for admission to dietetic internships or other professional experience programs accredited by the American Dietetic Association. What degrees does the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition offer?The department offers Bachelor of Science degrees in dietetics, food science, and nutritional science. A concurrent Bachelors and Masters degree in diet and exercise is offered for students seeking an accelerated undergraduate and graduate study program combining dietetics and exercise science areas of study. In addition, Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees are offered in nutritional sciences and in food science and technology. All degrees are available through the College of Agriculture and the College of Human Sciences.
